Mr. Jack Nicholson - Legend of style, life and art

John ”Jack” Joseph Nicholson born April 22, 1937 a true legend of the silver screen, we all love him for his undeniable talent as an actor and his bon vivant life style. Acting has earned him numerous awards and knighthoods, living life numerous friends and legendary moments.

But let’s not forget his stint as a icon of style in the 70´s. As shown in the pictures below.

Nicholson has received three Oscars from twelve nominations, the most nominations for a male actor.

Nicholson has received six competitive Golden Globes from seventeen nominations. In addition, he received the Cecil B. DeMille Award in 1999. In 2013, Nicholson co-presented the Oscar for best picture with First Lady Michelle Obama. This ceremony marked the eighth time he has presented the Academy Award for Best Picture (1972, 1977, 1978, 1990, 1993, 2006, 2007, and 2013).

During a 1992 Vanity Fair interview, Nicholson stated, ”I don´t  believe in God now. I can still work up an envy for someone who has faith. I can see how that could be a deeply soothing experience.”
