Seller’s Guide

Marketplace – available soon.

Selling on Pete & Harry Marketplace will be simple, secure and rewarding. Here are the essentials before we open for listings.

You set and keep the price

You decide what you want for your item. A realistic price based on brand, condition and demand increases your chances of a quick sale.

Pete & Harry does not deduct a commission from your listed price. Our fee is paid by the buyer, meaning the price you sell for is the amount you receive.

Authentic and transparent listings

The Marketplace is for quality clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women. All items must be authentic and accurately described. Counterfeit goods are never accepted.

Good photographs and honest descriptions build trust. Any signs of wear, alterations or defects should always be clearly shown and described.

Safe and secure payments

Payments are handled securely through the Marketplace, protecting both buyer and seller without the need to arrange payments privately.

Once it sells

You will receive instructions on how to pack and ship your item safely and securely.

Listings will be available soon. A complete Seller’s Guide with step-by-step instructions will launch together with the new Marketplace.bag at your chosen PostNord location.

After the Sale

Payouts are processed and made available 35 days after a sale has been completed. This period accounts for the statutory return window, our handling procedures, and any potential delays related to postal services.

If an item doesn't sell

If an item has not sold within three months of being published, it will automatically be discounted. The first reduction will be 30% off the original listing price. Should the item remain unsold, it may be further reduced by up to 50% during major sales periods, such as Black Friday, the After Christmas Sale, and the Spring or Autumn Sale. This policy allows us to maintain a dynamic and well-curated selection without carrying over slow-moving stock.

If you have consented to donation, any items remaining unsold after the second reduction (50% off), or no earlier than six months after publishing, will be donated to charity.

Should you wish to have your items returned after the initial three-month period, we can arrange return shipping at a cost of 350 SEK. Alternatively, you may collect your items in person from our store within six months of publication. Items not collected within this timeframe will be donated to charity.

By uploading items through the app, you confirm and accept these terms.
